I just removed my acrylic's at home a few days ago. My real nails are paper thin at this point in time and seem to be quite sensitive. I also have ridges in my real nail. Should I wait to have a new set put on? If so , how long should I wait.

Fortunately 99.9% of the time your nails will grow back same as they were before the enhancements, in the mean time you can do one or more of a few things.

Obviously keep them short if you opt for no enhancements for a while.. always carry a file with you to smooth the snags as they will catch and break for a while. 

Always keep at east clear polish on them if you opt for no enhancements now.
